Mr. Lauer is a Principal and Controller at Anthelion Capital, where he oversees the accounting and financial reporting of the Anthelion Funds. Prior to joining Anthelion, he served as Controller at 4x4 Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused on consumer services, products, and related sectors. Before that, Mr. Lauer worked in the finance and accounting group at HPS Investment Partners, a multi-billion-dollar alternative credit manager. He began his career as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, specializing in alternative investments. 

Mr. Lauer received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
